국내 중소기업의 스케일업을 위한 사업다각화 성과 영향요인 연구: 기술혁신과 기술협력을 중심으로

초록

As the intensification of hegemony-competition among powerful nations, technological sovereignty and industrial competitiveness have become pivotal for national economic growth. Focusing on the contribution of high-performed scalers to economic growth, the OECD emphasizes the strengthening of economic role of SMEs through scale-up. Conversely, domestic SMEs urgently need to scale-up as their competitiveness and productivity declining due to low-capital-stock resulting from large-enterprisecentered economic growth. Focusing on the importance of new revenue-generation in the 4th Industrial Revolution, this study examines the determinants for business diversification performance and derives implications. The results confirm that firm-initiative and creative technological innovation centered on technology commercialization and growth-stage-specific technological cooperation with mainly large enterprises and national-public research institutes, can have positive impacts on scale-up through new revenue-stream.
