한국의 대 중국 및 동남아시아 해외직접투자 비교분석 : 현지화의 조절효과 분석 중심으로

초록

This study want to compare OFDI of Korea in China and Southeast Asia. Specially this study is focused on factors which would lead to higher performance of subsidiaries. And the effect of the level of localization in operation. Expects whether localization would be a moderator to performance. This study forcus on three types of localization; Production, Marketing, and Management. Results show different levels of localization between China and Southeast Asia. And different influence of determinants are shown China and Southeast Asia. Also different moderating effects of localization are shown in China and Southeast Asia.
