지구단위계획에서 환경설계를 통한 범죄예방기법 적용에 대한 연구 - 지구단위계획 요소별 CPTED기법 유형화를 중심으로 -

초록

The aim of this study is to establish the District Unit Plan for the crime prevention. In order to fulfil this study, we reviewed the foreign examples such as ordinances, checklists, case studies, and guidelines which considered the district unit plan to categorize the planning elements. After that, we did questioning survey focused on professionals and analysed questionnaire through statistical inferences such as multi-variate statistics.The planning elements that are categorized are 9 classes. Those are planning of the street, planting plan, sign system, planning of the lighting, public facilities plan, planning of the components, the layout planning, parking planning, and the appearance plan. And after these process, the variables that are used in this study are divided into 3 types. Those are common factors, factors targeted to police group, and factors targeted to architects. Based on these process, this study will formulate the District Unit Plan to Crime Prevention which will be applied to domestic circumstances in Korea.
