In this study, examine the development and employment status of the industrial-educational institution’s specialized personnel in accordance with Korean sport industry trends and set up a purpose by offer of strategic data for establish goverment policy, conclued after rearrange reasonable goverment policy, the goverment data, announcement data and so on. First, Knowledge-based on Sport service industry must be specialized personnel hired and, Second, sports academic and structural policies to accelerate convergence. Third, the Asian Network must be established for reinforce global competitiveness and trainning courses. finally, Sports industry professional development and Industrial-educational institution jop fairs also to be held.
