국가안보재 공급을 위한 지방자치단체의 사회경제적 가치손실에 관한 기초연구

초록

This study proposes the problems of the inter-local inequality and the inter-local free rider by the setting and regulation of the Protection Zone of Military Installations. This study mainly examines three empirical analyses about the local government's social economic opportunity costs loss by regulation of the Protection Zone of Military Installations. The First analysis focuses on a loss of an expectation's gains and the present's generation values. The Second analysis is based on a depreciation of property value and a future generation loss. Finally, Impact analysis is also presented to the Gross Regional Domestic Product(GRDP) by looking at the rising of social economic opportunity cost. The result of this research is expected to give some useful implications to the local government policy makers and citizens in terms of establishing the policy support program and compensation methods.
