학교체육시설 실태조사를 통한 시설관리 선진화 방안 연구

초록

The improvement of current facilities condition and the suggestion of future-oriented and efficient plans for the facilities of school physical education have been considered as a principal task of the Korean authorities for educational service. From the point of view as mentioned above, this study was aimed to present advanced scheme for the successful facility construction and management. The review of preceding literatures was used for analyzing the state of the facilities for school physical education and 13 schools in Seoul and Gyung-Gi province were visited for field study and depth interview. Because the existing circumstance of the facilities was still far from perfection in their size, number, arrangement, etc., active endeavor was needed to make them better. More specifically, an organization with whole responsibility and effective supporting system, highly consolidated methods to accumulate accurate and vast facility information, the betterment of an implement which belongs to the facilities for efficient teaching, and retraining systems and appropriate compensation towards the teachers who are in charge of facility management was needed to overcome the present limitations.
