프로세스 통합이 신제품 개발성과에 미치는 영향 : 라인공정과 프로젝트공정 비교를 중심으로

In global competition, new product development of the company is emerging as a key factor in survival. Most companies are attempting to participate suppliers in new products process for being diversified and flexible to customer needs. But, previous researches are not consider of differentiation for process between line and project. This study intends to explore the influences of supplier development and information sharing on new product development performance between line and project process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of supplier development and information sharing on new product development, including the mediating effect of new product development process integration. The results of this empirical study are summarized as followings. First of all, in the line process. direct relationship between information sharing and new product development is not significant. Also suppliers development is not effective to new product development. However, in the project process, direct relationship between information sharing and new product development is significant. These relationships have more effective impact on new product development through a mediating variable of integrated new product development process.
