남계우 팔경시에 나타난 용인의 모습과 생성형 인공지능을 활용한 콘텐츠화 방안 고찰

초록

Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, is undergoing rapid changes in its natural environment and living spaces due to ongoing large-scale development. This study focuses on Nam Gye-u’s Padam Palyeong (琶潭八詠) and Jeonwon Palyeong (田園八詠), two sets of Eight-View poems depicting the natural landscapes and traditional ways of life in Yongin. The analysis shows that Padam Palyeong portrays the natural environment and spatial features of the Padam area, including streams, mountains, villages, and fields, while Jeonwon Palyeong depicts rural life and culture, including farming, sericulture, and communal activities. Given the limited accessibility of Eight-View poetry to contemporary audiences, this study also examines approaches to content development using generative AI. Based on textual analysis, elements of local landscapes and everyday life were extracted and transformed through storytelling and prompt design. AI-generated images of local landscapes and storyboard-based video prototypes were then presented to explore ways of transforming Nam Gye-u’s poems into regional cultural content.
