NC-TEM Analyzer is a browser-assisted Python workflow for scale-calibrated transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image analysis of colloidal nanocrystals. It integrates scale-bar calibration, morphology-aware particle detection, equivalent-diameter measurement for spherical dots, rotated-rectangle length, width, and aspect ratio measurement for rods and nanoplatelets, and FFT (Fast Fourier Transform)-based lattice-spacing analysis from user-selected high-resolution TEM regions. Automatically detected candidates can be accepted, rejected, or geometrically corrected by the user, enabling human-in-the-loop verification. In a seven-user comparison with manual ImageJ, the largest bias magnitude was 0.340 nm (6.34%) for the nanoplatelet long-axis measurement, while normalized time-to-export was reduced by 89.1% for spherical dots and 91.9% for nanoplatelets. The software exports annotated images, histograms, summary statistics, CSV files, and structured metadata to support traceable comparison of nanocrystal samples.
