물류시스템 선정 및 평가 시 고려되는 항목에 대한집단별 중요도 분석

초록

Due to the development of the Internet, information and communication technology, IT solution is rapidly expanded in manufacturing and logistics fields. Especially in distribution industry, various systems such as TMS(Transportation Management System) are extensively utilized. Therefore, it became a critical issue for manufacturing and logistics companies how to select a proper and efficient distribution system. In this study, four groups, a developer group, a researcher group, a consultant group, and a user group, were divided for system selection and how to choose a distribution system through their decision making processes and research result based on the character of each group was obtained. This research would help the company to decide several evaluation criteria logically and efficiently when the company select an IT solution. Through an AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) Model, the most commonly used model as a decision making method for weighted evaluation criteria,critical factors would be analyzed for a distribution system selection in manufacturing and logistics fields.
