광역 물사업의 효용성 평가에 관한 연구

초록

This paper is a based on local water supply’s structural problems which is the pursuit of economies scale in accordance with the opening of a water market and local government’s financial loss and quality degradation of local water supply service. In this paper was suggest a system exchange for the necessity of wide water supply projects. This study were analyzed by the object of the Han River water system adjust project. In this paper, by the service of wide water supply and stock effect to the caused by the system exchange to derived effectiveness items in terms of the focus for service user and supplier have been evaluated. In addition, from the viewpoint of the economics, local water supply by the local government and Wide water supply compared were analyzed an efficient way for the facilities maintenance and operating. Based on this study, we will be provide basic logic for the effectiveness of wide water supply to sufficient the economies of scale and stability of water quality and seek for the equity of charges.
