AI와 RPA가 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 흡수역량의 매개효과와 리더십의 조절효과를 중심으로

초록

Hyperautomation, driven by AI and RPA, is essential for corporate competitiveness. This study examines the relationships between AI/RPA, firm performance, absorptive capacity, and leadership. Analyzing survey data from 297 Korean employees, the results reveal that AI and RPA positively influence both absorptive capacity and performance; specifically, AI drives non-financial outcomes while RPA enhances financial performance. Furthermore, absorptive capacity significantly mediates these impacts. Notably, transactional leadership moderates the relationship between AI/RPA and performance, whereas transformational leadership shows no significant effect. By integrating hyperautomation, innovation theory, and leadership theories, this interdisciplinary research suggests that strengthening absorptive capacity and exercising transactional leadership are vital for successful AI/RPA implementation.
