국내 친환경 인증 건축물의 사후관리 및 재인증 평가에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to find direction for the improvement of management and re-certification system of Green Building Rating System(GBRS). For this purpose, we compare GBRS with foreign green building system(LEED-EB, BREEAM, CASBEE-EB) and survey has been conducted to experts in the architectural field. By this study, we find some problems about the feedback system and the re-certification evaluating criteria. The result of this study shows that 'Energy', 'Water', 'Pollution' parts are very important ones in management, but 'Land-Use', 'Transport' parts are not. Some items related with design and construction need to be excluded, some foreign items that complement our weak point need to be included. So, we suggest new re-certification evaluating criteria. The samples of survey were analyzed with SPSS 12.0k for Windows
