경기단체 선진화를 위한 정책 요소 연구

초록

The objective of this study was to identify important factors ebing considered for developing the policy o f athletic federations in Korea. For achieving research goals, this study verified the factors and demonstrated the relative importance through the Dephi Method and the Analytic Hierarchial Process(AHP). The results of analysis are summarized as follows; First, the weakness of governance structure, the disorderly formation and poor operation of executive office and thea nti-democratic decision making system are indicated as pending problems faced by the athletic federation.s Second, the experts’ response for improving managerial enhancement in athletic federations is classified into seven categories and the planning factors are listed as the highest priority for its advancement. Third, according to the AHP, budgeting is one of the most significant factors for successful management of the organizations.
