청년 1인가구의 사회적 네트워크와 여가 크래프팅이 여가권태에 미치는 영향: 여가 크래프팅의 조절효과

초록

This study examined the effects of social network and leisure crafting on leisure boredom, and the moderating role of leisure crafting in the social network–leisure boredom relationship among young adults in their 30s living alone in the Seoul metropolitan area of South Korea. Data were collected from 400 participants via an online survey and analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis and PROCESS Macro Model 1. The results revealed three key findings. First, higher levels of social network were significantly associated with lower leisure boredom. Second, among the sub-factors of leisure crafting, increasing structural leisure resources significantly predicted lower leisure boredom, while increasing social leisure resources and increasing challenging leisure demands showed no significant effects. Third, increasing structural leisure resources significantly moderated the relationship between social network and leisure boredom, such that the negative effect of social network on leisure boredom was amplified at higher levels of structural leisure resource enhancement. The moderating effects of increasing social leisure resources and increasing challenging leisure demands were not significant. These findings highlight the importance of supporting both social network development and leisure crafting to alleviate leisure boredom among young single-person households.
