  • Current Opinion in Pharmacology (COPHAR) publishes authoritative, comprehensive, and systematic reviews. COPHAR helps specialists keep up to date with a clear and readable synthesis on current advances in pharmacology and drug discovery. Expert authors annotate the most interesting papers from the expanding volume of information published today, saving valuable time and giving the reader insight on areas of importance. COPHAR is part of the Current Opinion and Research (CO+RE) suite of journals and is a companion to the new primary research, open access journal, Current Research in Pharmacology and Drug Discovery (CRPHAR). COPHAR divides the subject of pharmacology into themed sections, each of which is reviewed once a year. The amount of space devoted to each section is related to its importance. Themes include neurosciences; cardiovascular and renal; respiratory; musculoskeletal; cancer; immunomodulation; anti-infectives; new technologies; gastrointestinal; endocrine; and metabolic diseases.
