- Abstract
- 본 연구는 간호사가 지각하는 수간호사의 진성리더십, 조직공정성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 효율적인 인적자원 관리의 기초자료를 마련하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 서울 및 경기도 소재 K대학 부속병원 2곳에 근무 중인 간호사 186명을 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구결과 간호사가 지각하는 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 진성리더십, 조직공정성, 결혼여부 순으로 나타났으며, 조직시민행동의 30.7%를 설명하였다. 따라서, 본 연구의 결과 간호사의 조직시민행동을 증진시키기 위해서는 수간호사의 진성리더십과 조직공정성에 대한 지각을 높일 수 있는 인사관리 전략이 필요하다고 할 수 있다
