- Abstract
- 국방전자조달시스템은 방위사업청 및 수요군, 조달업체의 전자입찰을 지원하는 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 유관 정보서비스와의 연계를 통한 다양한 정보 활용을 가능하게 함으로써 방위사업청, 수요군, 조달업체들의 전자입찰 업무의 효율적 수행에 있어 많은 기여를 하였다. 그러나 급격히 발전하는 첨단 신기술 기반 인프라와 다양한 커뮤니케이션 채널의 증가에 발맞추어 국방전자조달시스템 또한 차세대 버전으로의 업그레이드 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 신속히 대응하고, 이를 충족시키기 위하여 본 논문에서는 업무담당자들의 국방전자조달시스템 서비스에 대한 만족도를 조사하여 차세대 포털로서 도약하기 위한 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.
