- Abstract
- The aims of this paper are to consider the way how to make questions about the history of Korean field in the college scholastic ability test(CSAT) for 2014 and how to teach and study the contents of this field. These consideration could be possible by exploring the characters of the reform and by examining the contents of textbooks related to the history of Korean. I have suggested the way of making questions and of educating students about the history of Korean as follows: 1) Questions in CSAT for 2014 should be made by using texts and materials in Reading and GrammarⅡ textbooks according to an official notice. 2) More than two questions should be made in each text or material. 3) The contents of textbooks are able to become the background information for students to solve the problems. 4) The contents of the history of Korean need mainly consisting of those of middle Korean. 5) The capability of analytic approach to language data needs training. 6) Interests in the problems about the history of Korean linking to contemporary Korean are requested.
