Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the relationship of the happiness index according to swimming participation. Subjects were middle-aged women, kind of swimming participants in Sejong Special Self-Governing City. And 264 questionnaires were analyzed. The conclusions of this study are as follows. Fist, Happiness Index according to the degree of participation appeared difference when is less than 5 to 10 years. Family relationships appeared highly when is less than 10 years. Health factors appeared highly. Frequency of participation appeared in health highly when is six times a week. The longer period of participation affected health and family relationships when is more 2 to 3 hours. Economic, educational, family relationships, health ability, potential were higher. And complacency was higher when is less than 1 to 2 hours. Higher frequency of participation affected to recognition about health. And Higher intensity of participation appeared happiness index relationship all of the happiness index variable. Second, For age, occupation, income level, education level and happiness level variables according to the subject Characteristic, kind of occupation, officials appeared higher economic and education level appeared higher economic, educational, family relationship, self-satisfaction ablility, potential kind of happiness index variables in graduate group. In addition, Income level appreared higher economic variables of happiness index in 2.5-3.0million won and family relationship and self-satisfied appread highly in more than 3 million won group. therefore, We can known higher economic in goverment official. Education level appeared to increase economic, educational, family relationship, self-satisfaction, potential in more than graduate group. Higher income appeard to increase economic and family relationship.
