- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 스마트 모바일기기를 이용한 공공정보 활성화 방안 마련을 위하여 일반시민과 공무원을 대상으로 ‘스마트폰을 이용한 공공정보 제공에 대한 인식’, ‘주로 사용하는 모바일 공공정보 서비스’, ‘모바일 공공정보 서비스를 활성화하기 위한 방안’의 세 방향으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과, 스마트 모바일 공공정보 제공에 대해 전체 응답자의 67.8%가 긍정적으로 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 주로 활용하고 있는 공공정보의 대표적 유형은 ‘교통 및 운송정보’, ‘기상 및 환경정보’, ‘관광 및 여가 정보’ 순으로 조사되었다. 모바일 공공정보를 활성화시키기 위한 방안으로는 정부의 간섭을 최소화하고 모바일 인터넷과 SNS 등 새로운 기술을 수용하는 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
