- Abstract
- 급성 호산구성 폐렴은 생명을 위협할 수 있는 호흡부전을 발생시킬 수 있다. 대부분은 스테로이드 치료에 의해서 신속하고 완전하게 회복되고 재발은 드물다. 만성 호산구성 폐렴은 일반적으로 한 달 이상의 증상기간을 가지면서 진행한다. 스테로이드 치료에 반응이 좋으나 재발이 흔하며, 천식과의 연관성이 관찰된다.
