Abstract
Here, we report a seeded growth protocol for synthesizing mono-disperse Si-DDR particles of similar to 1.3-10 mu m by varying the seed amount. These Si-DDR particles were deposited onto porous alpha-Al2O3 discs via sonication-induced assembly, constituting close-packed h0h-oriented layers.
