Abstract
This letter describes a methodology to analyze the motion of a magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) image. To efficiently investigate the complex shape of the anatomical or vascular structure from clinical images, we have iteratively merged and split the skeletal flow of the MRA image in the space of diffusion tensor fields. The proposed motion analysis methodology, which separates the flow into several skeletal sublines, plays an important role in examining the flow of the vascular structures.
