Abstract
A new small molecule organic semiconductor, bisDMFABT-Th-MMN, containing a benzothiophene donor and methylenemalononitrile acceptor, exhibited high power conversion efficiency of 4.01% with a high open circuit voltage of 0.95 V in solution processed small molecule organic solar cells.
