- Abstract
- Protected Circuit Moduledms 과충전, 과방전으로 부터 배터리를 보호해주는 모듈이다. 이 모듈에 필연적으로 들어가게 되는 소자가 파워 반도체인데, 상대적으로 낮은 전압에서 전류를 흘리는데 유리한 TDMOS가 많이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 파라미터별 TDMOS의 전기적 특성을 시뮬레이션하여 PCM회로에 사용되는 전력 소자의 최적 구조를 이루었다.
