- Abstract
- 외부감사를 받지 않는 일정 규모 이하 중소기업의 경우 재무정보에 대한 이해관계자가 적고, 회계보고서의 공시의무가 대기업보다 상대적으로 낮아 회계 및 경영 투명성 제고를 위한 자발적인 노력이 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 중소기업 자체의 회계처리 역량이 부족하고, 대부분의 중소기업이 세법 중심의 회계처리를 수행하여 재무제표에 대한 신뢰도가 낮은 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 외부감사를 받지 않는 중소기업의 회계 실태 및 이슈를 파악하고, 이를 통해중소기업의 경영투명성 및 회계투명성을 제고하기 위한 개선방안을 외부환경과 내부환경으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 향후 중소기업 회계투명성을 확보하기 위한 관련 제도가 중소기업의 안정적이고 투명한 성장의 촉매제 역할을 하고,나아가 중소기업 전반의 경영투명성도 자연스럽게 높일 것이다.
