| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 체육특기자와 체육계 대학생의 진로장애가 진로태도성숙과 진로포부에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 체육특기자, 체육계 대학생, 일반계 대학생들로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 편의표본추출법을 통해 총 600부의 표본을 수집하여 26부의 자료를 제외한 후 574부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 15.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 일원분산분석, 상관관계분석, 단계입력방법을 이용한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육특기자들이 체육계와 일반계 대학생들보다 대인관계 문제, 경적적인 어려움, 중요타자와의 갈등, 신체적 열등감, 진로에 대한 흥미부족의 진로장애가 높고, 진로 목적성, 확신성, 독립성의 진로태도 성숙은 체육특기자와 체육계 대학생들이 일반계 대학생들보다 높다. 또한 진로포부는 체육계 대학생과 일반계 대학생들이 체육특기자보다 높다. 둘째, 체육특기자와 체육계 대학생들의 진로장애는 진로 결정성, 목적성, 확신성, 준비성, 독립성의 진로태도성숙을 예측하는데 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 체육특기자와 체육계 대학생들의 진로장애는 진로포부를 예측하는데 영향을 미친다. | - |
