| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 정신전력이 군 생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위해 육군 중대급 부대에 소속된 장교, 부사관 및 병사 1327명에게 정신전력, 행복, 우울, 불안, 자살행동 그리고 사회적 바람직성 척도를 사용하였다. 또 자기보고식 질문지에 더해 추가로 참여자들의 체력등급 수준, 개인표창 경력 및 관심병사 판정 여부에 대한 기록을 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 사회적 바람직성을 통제한 후에도 정신전력은 군 생활 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초해 시사점 및 추후 연구방향이 논의되었다. | - |
