- Abstract
- Sclerotic fibroma is a rare skin neoplasm that can occur seen sporadically or in association with Cowden's disease.
Clinically, it presents as asymptomatic flesh-colored or pinkish slow-growing papules or nodules with a wide anatomical distribution. We report a rare case of pedunculated type of sclerotic fibroma resembling soft fibroma, which has not been reported in Korea. (Korean J Dermatol 2011;49(11):1032∼1034)
