- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to investigate the public leisure service program quality and the program user's satisfaction in community centers managed by district offices and to examine the mediating role of these emotional attachment to the local community. This study tries to propose the importance of public leisure service and the positive development of public leisure service and program for the future. The study site focused on 6 community centers in 5 district zone of Seoul. The questionnaires were distributed to leisure program users. The total of 257 collected data were used for analyzing. The method of the statistical analysis used in this study, were one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The result of this study are as follows, First, participant's background characteristics; gender, length of program using, length of residence influenced on service quality satisfaction and community attachment. Second, sub-factors of service quality; tangible,competence, convenience, efficiency, responsiveness, were positively influenced on service satisfaction. Third, service satisfaction had a significant influence on participant's community attachment.
