- Abstract
- 자궁내막증은 자궁내막 조직이 자궁이 아닌 곳에서 증식하는 질환으로 골반통과 불임을 야기하는 수수께기 같은 질환이다. 본 진료지침은임상근거 자료에 근거하여 자궁내막증 환자를 대상으로 연구되었던 다양한 결과들을 바탕으로 질환의 발생기전, 진단 및 여러가지 소개된치료법과 그 효과 및 위험성 등을 정리하였다. 본 진료지침이 임상의들에게 최신의 정보를 제공하여 합리적이고 효과적인 상담과 치료방법을 선택하는 데 도움이 되고자 한다.
