- Abstract
- 목적: 수근관증후군 환자에서 Boston 설문지 결과와 유발 검사 및 전기생리학적 검사 결과를 비교하여 연관성에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 특발성 수근관증후군으로 진단된 142명의 환자의 248 수부를 대상으로 하였다. 수술 전에 작성한 Boston 설문지 결과를 유발 검사 및 전기생리학적 검사결과와 비교 분석하였다. 결과: 전기생리학적 결과와 Boston 설문지 증상 점수의 상관 계수는 0.545로 기능점수와의 상관 계수 0.307 보다 높은 상관 관계를 보였다. 유발 검사 중에서 손들기검사가 Boston 설문지의 증상 점수 및 기능 점수의 증가에 따라 비례하여 양성 가능성이 높아지는 결과를 보였다. 결론: Boston 설문지의 점수는 전기생리학적 검사와 유의한 상관 관계가 있으며 유발 검사 중에서 손들기 검사의 결과와 유의한 상관 관계가 있다.
