- Abstract
- 2008년부터 매년 전라남도 고흥군에 위치한 비파나무 묘포장에서 잎에 점무늬 증상이 관찰되었다. 전체 묘목의 50% 이상에서 이러한 증상이 나타났으며, 결국 잎이 일찍 떨어지고 수세가 약화되는 피해가 나타났다. 병반으로부터 관찰된 균은 Entomosporium mespili로 동정되었다. 이 균은 단포자 분리되어 KACC 44727 균주로 보존되었다. 인공접종 실험을 통하여 병원성을 검정하여 코흐의 원칙과 일치하였다. 따라서 국내에 비파나무 점무늬병을 처음으로 보고한다.
