- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 체육시간에 학생들이 지각한 교사의 피드백과 학습환경이 수업관련 만족에 미치는 상호작용 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 중학생 473명 (남학생=241명, 여학생=232명)이 설문조사에 참여하였으며, 자료는 기술통계, 일원 다변량분석, 상관분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석되었다. 회귀분석의 결과 학생들의 숙달경험, 규준적 성공, 상호작용과 관련된 만족경험에서 유의한 상호작용 효과가 나타났다. 첫째, 조절 분위기를 높게 지각한 학생들이 칭찬과 격려를 받았을 때 숙달경험에 대한 만족 수준이 높았다. 둘째, 학습환경을 조절적, 경쟁적 및 위협적인 것으로 높게 지각한 학생들은 교사의 부정적 비언어 피드백과 관계없이 규준적 성공에 대한 만족이 높았다. 셋째, 조절적인 분위기를 높게 지각한 학생들이 교사의 부정적 비언어 피드백 수준과 관계없이 상호작용과 관련된 만족을 높게 지각하였다. 본 결과는 체육시간에 학생들이 학습환경을 보다 긍정적으로 지각할 때 수업만족 수준이 높다는 것을 시사한다.
