Abstract
We propose a two-way quantum direct communication protocol using entanglement swapping. This protocol offers the ability to communicate messages in both directions simultaneously. In our protocol, therefore, the two communicators play both roles, sender and receiver, at the same time, reflecting the fundamental notion of communication. We will show that the protocol is secure from the intercept-and-resend attack and the entanglement-and-measure attack.
