- Abstract
- 배경: Cis-AB 혈액형은 ABO 혈액형군에서 희귀한 표현형으로 이는 A와 B형 항원을 모두 합성할 수 있는 당전이효소를 부호화하는 특이 ABO 염색체의 존재로 인해 발생한다. Cis-AB 염색체exon 6과 7에 대한 염기서열에 대해서는 잘 알려져 있으며, 본 연구에서는 아직 잘 알려지지 않은intron 6에서의 cis-AB의 유전적 특성을 규명하고자 하였다. 방법: ABO 혈액형 검사에서 cis-AB 혈액형이의심되는 4명의 혈액을 대상으로 표준화된 혈청학적인 검사를 시행하였다. ABO 유전자의 분자유전학적 분석을 위해 ABO 대립유전자 분리 및염기서열분석을 시행하였다. 결과: Cis-AB에서의 intron 6의 31개 부위 중163, 179, 662의 3개 부위는 B101을 보이는 single nucleotide polymorphism이 발견되었으며 나머지28개의 부위는 A101형 유전자 서열을 보였다. 결론: 한국인에서의 cis-AB의 intron 6 염기서열에는 A101과 B101 모두가 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다.
