- Abstract
- 세계 각국 경쟁당국의 핵심적 카르텔 적발수단이 되고 있는 자진신고자 감면제도는 카르텔 적발 효과와 억지 효과가 모두 큰 것으로 알려져 있다. 이 글은 이러한 효과에 관한 실증분석과 더불어, 세부쟁점별 이론분석을 검토한 후, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라의 현행 제도에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.
