- Abstract
- 저자들은 심와부 동통과 황달을 주소로 내원한 40세 여자에서 단순촬영 및 복부전산화단층촬영을 통해 석회쓸개즙을 진단하였으며, 내시경역행췌담관조영술을 통하여 폐쇄황달을 유발한 담낭관 및 총담관의 석회쓸개즙을 치료 후 경과관찰 중으로, 담낭관이 소통된 경우 수술적 치료 없이 경과 관찰하는 것도 하나의 치료방법이 될 수 있겠다.
