- Abstract
- 월경과다는 산부인과 일차 진료에서 매우 흔한 문제로서 많은 여성들의 삶의 질을 저하시킬 수 있다. 본 진료지침은 임상근거자료에 의거하여 월경과다의 진단과 치료에 관한 지식을 제공하여 임상의들이 월경과다 환자에게 제공하는 진단 권고사항 및 치료 권고사항에 신뢰성을 부가하고 임상의의 판단과정에 자신감을 부여하는 근본이 되기 위함이다. 월경과다 환자의 치료로써 기존에 연구되었던 다양한 치료방법들에 관해 연구결과들을 바탕으로 그 효과뿐 아니라 각각의 위험성과 이득에 관해 정리하였다. 본 진료지침이 임상의들에게 최신의 정보를 제공하여 합리적이고 효과적인 치료방법을 선택하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.
