- Abstract
- 호흡기계의 선천성 기형은 비교적 드문 질환이나, 심한 천명음 청색증 등과 같은 호흡곤란 증상이 반복되는 경우 의심할 수 있다. 주기관지 협착의 증상은 다양하여 무증상인 경우도 있지만 호흡기 감염이 동반되는 경우 특히 천명음, 청색증, 호흡곤란 등의 호흡기 증상이 심하게 나타날 수 있다. 어린 소아에서 하기도염에 동반된 심한 천명음, 호흡곤란 등의 증상이 반복되는 경우 드물지만 호흡기계의 선천성 기형을 원인으로 고려해 보아야 한다.
