- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 실험동물을 이용한 척수편측손상 모델에서 운동기능 및 감각기능 회복에 대한 트레드밀 운동의 효과를 알아보고 이를 위해 트레드밀 운동 방법을 하루 1회 실시한 군과 2회 실시한 군으로 나누어 척수 손상 후 위치이동 기능의 회복과 복합적인 행동의 변화를 알아보는 운동기능 평가와 좌우 뒷발바닥에서 보이는 기계적 및 냉 이질통의 발생에 대한 감각 기능 평가를 통해 트레드밀 운동의 효과 및 운동부하량에 따른 효과에 대해 알아보는데 있다. 연구 결과는 척수반측 손상 후 수술 후 1일째 되는 날부터 트레드밀 운동을 시킨 결과, 통제군보다 x 1 운동군이, x 1 운동군보다 x 2 운동군에서 운동기능 회복에 대해서는 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 반면 척수손상 후 양쪽 뒷발바닥에서 보이는 기계적 및 냉 이질통의 발생에 대한 트레드밀 운동의 효과에 대해서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
