- Abstract
- 소아의 요로감염에 동반되어 생기는 간의 염증성 결절에 관 해서는 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 최근 요로감염으로 내원한 두 명 의 소아의 간 초음파에서 저에코의 다발성 또는 고에코의 단독 결절로 보였던 염증성 간결절들의 증례를 MRI 소견과 함께 보 고하고자 한다. 모두 고열을 주소로 내원하였고 요배양검사에 서 클레브시엘라, 연쇄구균, 대장균 등이 검출되었다. 2예 모두 항생제 치료후 추적검사로 시행한 간 초음파 검사에서 크기 감 소를 보이며 호전되었다.
