- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 변혁적 리더십과 심리적 욕구 및 운동만족 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 고등학교 팀 종목 남자 운동선수 230명이 변혁적 리더십, 심리적 기본 욕구 및 운동 만족 검사지에 응답하였다. 수집된 자료는 측정도구에 대한 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 분석되었다. 분석 결과 13개의 경로 중에서 7개의 경로가 유의하였다(카리스마→관계성, 개인적 배려→자율성, 지적 자극→유능성, 유능성→개인수행만족, 유능성→팀 수행만족, 유능성→팀 단합/헌신, 관계성→팀 단합/헌신). 변혁적 리더십 요인의 카리스마 지각은 운동선수의 관계성 욕구를 통해 팀 단합/헌신에 직접 영향을 주었고, 지적 자극은 자율성을 통해 운동선수의 개인수행 만족과 팀 수행, 팀 단합/헌신에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
