- Abstract
- 목적: 녹내장 및 고안압증 안에서 근시 정도에 따른 망막신경섬유층(Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer, RNFL) 두께의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 녹내장과 고안압증으로 진단된 환자 98명 165안을 대상으로 빛간섭단층촬영기(optical coherence tomography, OCT), 가변각막보정 주사레이저편광측정기(scanning laser polarimetry using variable corneal compensation, GDx-VCC) 검사를 시행하여 굴절력 차이에 따른 RNFL 두께의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 나이, 좌우안, 안압 및 녹내장 진행정도를 나타내는 시야검사상 평균편차 등의 변수를 통제하기 위해 편상관계수분석을 이용하였다. 결과: OCT로 측정한 평균 RNFL 두께와 코측, 상측 및 하측 사분면의 RNFL 두께는 근시가 심해짐에 따라 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다(p<0.05). GDx-VCC로 측정한 결과는 근시 정도와 유의한 상관관계가 없었다. 결론: 녹내장 및 고안압증 안에서 근시가 심해짐에 따라 OCT를 이용하여 측정한 RNFL 평균 두께는 얇아지는 양상을 보였다.
