- Abstract
- 양성 뮐러낭종은 주로 후복벽 등에서 발견되며 특히 자궁에서 기원한 것은 그 예가 세계적으로 드물다. 특유 증상이 없어 종괴 가 촉지될 정도로 증가해서 발견되는 경우가 많다. 양성 뮐러낭종은 수술적 절개가 치료원칙이며 조직학적으로 진단이 된다. 본 저자들은 통증을 동반하는 복부 종괴를 주소로 내원하여 난소낭종 또는 근종의 2차 변성으로 생각되어 낭종절제술을 시행하고 조직학적으로 뮐러낭종으로 확인된 증례를 보고한다.
