- Abstract
- The study examined to influence exerted in curriculum of school dance about function of Korea folk dance. It was considered about definition of folk dance, a conception, a speciality through folkloristic approximation especially in folk dances about exorcism, farm music, a Korean circle dance, mask dance that examined generally each the origins, occurrence cause, ceremony role and value of basic of folk dance, this through, tried find out historical significance from analogized social function of folk dance. Also, analyzed the esthetic speciality and educational function in folk dance. According to summarized three in function of folk dance.
First, Folk dance function was make to socially ties of neighbor and village, human and human, go over relation of god and human beings that was intermediation aware to position members and responsibility of community themselves through a ceremony for unity.
Second, It was method of solution about prayer for bumper harvest appreciation for laborious, painful work related far ming in major a way of life in agriculture, for a long time It was relation a way of mature and human being inherent in our nationality.
Third, Healing happen by individual and a union at process lead a miraculous state mix dance and song, function of healing present totality mix function of enthusiastic and discord solution.
