- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 국민건강영양조사(2005) 자료를 이용하여 소득계층에 따른 의료이용 현황을 분석하였다. 의료이용도는 양적 이용도와 질적 이용도로 구분하였으며, 연령대별로 세 집단으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석방법은 회귀분석으로 건강상태의 차이를 통제한 후의 기술통계분석과 HIwv 지수에 의한 분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의료이용량의 경우 소득계층별 차이는 거의 없다. 둘째, 의료이용 단위비용으로 측정한 질적 이용도의 경우 소득계층별 차이가 크며, 저소득계층일수록 질적 이용도는 낮다. 셋째, 소득계층별 질적 이용도 차이는 청장년층에 비하여 노년층에서 상대적으로 더 크다. 넷째, 1998년과 2005년 사이에 고소득층의 의료이용도는 저소득층에 비하여 상대적으로 증가하였다.
