- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 학습부진아를 위한 개별화 교육 방법을 고찰하기 위해 먼저 학습부진아의 정의 및 특성을 기술하고, 개별화 교육 방법의 의미와 역사, 개별화 전략을 살펴보았다. 학습부진아가 속해있는 현실적 학교 교육 현장과 학습부진아의 특성을 고려하여 개별화 교육방법의 요소를 실제 수업 계획과 적용의 단계에서 사용할 수 있는 개별화 교육방법으로 보편적 학습설계 (Universal Design for Learning), 차별화된 교육 방법, (Differentiated Instruction), 학습부진아를 위한 개별화 교육 방법이 성공적으로 실행될 수 있는 조건으로 교사교육의 방법을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 중재반응모델 (Response to Intervention)을 통해 학습부진아에게 적절한 수준의 교육을 제공하여 학습에 실패할 가능성을 최소화하기 위한 방법을 제안하였다.
