- Abstract
- 본 연구는 국내 IT수출기업과 해외 수입기업간의 수출경로 관계에서 신뢰의 관계행동과 기업성과에 대한 영향을 실증 분석한 것이다. 연구모델과 가설은 259개 국내 IT 수출기업을 대상으로 조사된 자료를 사용하여 구조방정식모델분석에 의해 검증되었다. 실증분석 결과, 수출경로에서 신뢰는 관계투자나 정보공유 활동을 유발함으로써 제품성과 및 재무성과 개선, 그리고 관계 만족에 직·간접적으로 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 신뢰가 단순한 관계요인이 아니라 수출경로에서 기업의 대내외적 역량을 강화할 수 있게 하는 중요한 수출성과 결정요인중의 하나임을 확인시켜 주는 것이다.
